I had an amazing experience at Brilliant Bridal.  Melody helped me try on as many dresses as I wanted and kept asking me questions to better understand what I wanted. Melody had to leave and Sara took over who was just as helpful, but I didn’t find “the” dressthat night and no one made me feel guilty or pressure me into making a decision that night. I went to a couple other stores and had horrible experiences.  I came back to Brilliant Bridal less than a week later and Melody and Sara remembered me by name!  I felt so important and appreciated. They had gotten a new shipment of dresses in and told me they were thinking of me when they were putting them out. Melody helped me again and was so patient with me.  I became so burnt out and frustrated with trying to find my dress but Melody kept asking me how I felt about the dress and how I felt in the dress. She made me feel so comfortable and brought the experience back to being fun. I ended up finding my dress that night and it was all thanks to Melody!

I went here to look for bridesmaid dresses and came out with a wedding gown Helen and the girls there are just amazing!you can truly see the passion they have for their work. Helen had found the perfect dress for me , and i was very skeptical because it was not the style i was comfortable with.. but She asked me just to humor her and sure enough..it was the dress i started crying!They are so helpful there and i truly wish that more bridal shops could share the same passion that these women have for weddings Thank you soo much for everything Brillant Bridal!!

I had ordered a dress on-line. It was perfect and all I could ever want.  Until last week , when my aunt got an email saying that my dress would not make it until Wednesday  at the earliest and my wedding is Sunday.  I was devastated and cried forever.  My aunt took me to Brilliant Bridal.   Sara and Helen were amazing.  They helped save my wedding and I realized that my dream dress was not the one I had ordered but the one I got from Brilliant Bridal.  Go here before any place else You wont regret it!

I went to Brilliant Bridal because a friend on mine who is also getting married was going to try on dresses there and booked an appointment for me too.  I had no idea what I wanted yet.  I picked out a few dresses and from that Sara our consultant suggested a few for me also. I really liked the dresses that she picked out. I wasn’t ready to buy that day and Sara didn’t make me feel bad about it. I visited their booth and the January Bridal Expo and the girl working it not only recognized me but remembered my NAME! I booked my second appointment right then. Lots of people told me to go to several different places before committing to a dress. But my first experience at Brilliant Bridal was so good that I didn’t want to go anywhere else. So at my second appointment with Sara again, she was still amazing. The store was busy but I never felt rushed. The whole experience was so much fun. I found THE dress and Sara suggested I try on veils with it. That’s the moment that made me cry I was so happy. The entire staff was friendly and I never felt pressured. I am so happy with the dress that I picked and I can’t wait to wear it. I would recommend this dressshop to everyone!

I am a budget bride…but don’t let this place fool you..budget–yes, but you would never know unless you saw the price tags! Quality dresses at reasonable prices! The girls there are fantastic, helpful and friendly! I went on a Saturday when they had a break in appointments and Sara took me right in and I found my dress that day!!  Great place!

I was overwhelmed to go wedding dress shopping and had absolutely no idea what style dress I wanted.  I decided to start with this store based on its Yelp! reviews.  I am so glad I did.  Helen was my sales associate and she was amazing.  She made me feel super comfortable and helped me really enjoy the experience.  I thought the store had a wide variety of beautiful and afforadable dresses.  My brother is getting married 3 months after me, and the day after I bought my dress, I told his fiance to go to Brilliant Bridal; she had a an equally positive experience with Helen and will be making her dress purchase here as well!

Brilliant Bridal was the first store I went to to try on bridal gowns and I had such a wonderful experience. I expected all the other stores to be just as good. I went to a lot of other stores to see my options, and all I got was a lot of bad experiences and higher prices. Whether you have an appointment or not, they make you feel like you are the only one in the store! I love the laid back attitude of your store and Helen was so great with me in making me feel comfortable, relaxed, beautiful and like a bride!! She never made me feel rushed and helped me with everything! They have a great selection and big range of sizes too. I ended up buying my dress from there a couple weeks ago!

I went with my Fiance to just look at dresses.  Brilliant Bridal was the first place we went.   I had an idea of the kind of dress I wanted, but having never tried one on before, I was open to ideas.   Immediately the sales consultant asked me about a certain dress.  I declined that one thinking it was too much ruffle.   After trying on 5 or  dresses my sales consultant brought back the one I initially declined.  I tried it on expecting to not like it, but turns out it was gorgeous!    I put a hold on the dress so I could go to other bridal shops and try on more.  Every dress I tried on, I found myself comparing it to the one I had on hold.   I took my Mom to to Brilliant Bridal and tried on the gown for her.  The look in her eye and endless photos she took confirmed my decision,  This is the gown for me.

The service was wonderful, all the sales consultants remembered my name, the location was easy to find, the prices are incredibly affordable, and the store is very clean.   If you shop here, remember these ladies are professionals, if they offer a dress idea, give it a try.  Who knows, it could be the gown you never knew you always wanted.

I went to David’s Bridal to try to find a dress and was very disappointed with the customer service. I am a size 14 with a large chest and was hoping the my consultant could lead me in the right direction in finding a dress that would compliment my figure. It just seemed to me that my consultant just couldn’t be bothered. It was extremely annoying. I had thought shopping for my dress was going to be exciting. I started doing some research on bridal stores in AZ and happened to come across a wedding blog that recommended Brilliant Bridal. I made an appointment and was hoping my experience would be better than at David’s. My expectations were exceeded! Helen was my consultant and was amazing. She asked me what style I was looking for and before I could get more than a few words out of my mouth, she had multiple dresses in her hands. It was like she jumped into my head and read my thoughts. I tried on three dresses before I found the one. It was everything and more that I didn’t even know I was looking for. The funny thing about the dress was that looking at it on the hanger, I would have never picked it out for myself. It was like Helen just knew. Not only are the prices and selection amazing the staff is exactly what you would expect in a high end boutique. Thank you Helen for everything.

Selecting and purchasing my wedding gown couldn’t have been easier! I walked in and shared my ideas with my super friendly and helpful consultant, Sara, and she brought me 6 dresses to try on that all fell well below my budget (to allow for some financial wiggle room for alterations) and narrowed the 6 down to 2. Because I wasn’t anticipating actually finding a dress at the first store I went to I didn’t bring any friends with me and Sara helped me make my final decision simply by listening to a little bit to my thoughts, just like one of my own friends would have done. Thank you! I couldn’t be happier, I keep looking at the dress now hanging in my closet and can’t wait for my wedding day to come.

This is an amazing store if you want a great deal on a wedding dress.  I went twice and the second time, Helen was my consultant and she was fabulous.  I’m not great at picking out dresses for my self  and she grabbed several dresses right away so I didn’t walk out frustrated because bridal dresses are hard to judge in their garment bags.  Also I was able to put down a deposit (it’s usually $50 but mine was a bit more since my dress is $1200) and pull the dress off the floor for a week so I could think about it and email my mom in California and get her opinion.

The prices are great and don’t be frustrated if you don’t find your dress the first time since they are always getting new stuff in.

I had been to a few other dress boutiques before I ended up at Brilliant Bridal and I had such a great experience shopping with them. All of the employees were super nice and knowledgeable and I never felt as though they were pressuring me. I was really happy with the dress I bought there.
Also, if you chose to use the woman they recommend for alterations (Stitches by Chris) you will not be sorry. She was a huge help in helping me go from liking my dress to loving my dress. Chris did a great job and I thought her prices were reasonable.

I went to Brilliant Bridal to shop for a semi-formal dress for an event. I was impressed – they had a huge selection of off-the-rack special occasion dresses in a wide variety of styles, colors, and sizes! And the prices…beyond reasonable…amazing. I thought the salesperson wouldn’t be that helpful since I wasn’t buying a wedding dress, but she was very nice, attentive, and helpful – and not pushy. She helped me find a gorgeous dress for only $50!!

My daughter is getting married, we like most people went over to David’s Bridal and well the lack of customer service made us rethink our choice. We had remembered that there was a bridal shop on Baseline & Dobson and thought we would go check it out. We were greeted by Sara right when we walked into the door and even though at that time my daughter’s wedding wasn’t for another 2 years Sarah was more then willing to help us out. When we walked in we saw this dress and I knew that was the dress, but my daughter wanted to look around, Sara helped her find styles and try on dresses, but when she tried on the one we 1st saw, we knew that was the dress! Its soo breathtakingly beautiful and when my daughter came out to show us my other daughter started to cry which got me started LOL. My daughter didn’t even want to take the dress off, needless to say the wedding is now a year away and we can hardly wait for her groom to see her in the dress!! I would and do recommend Brilliant Bridal to everyone who is looking for a wedding dress!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Melody was SO AWESOME and made my day of shopping for dresses so easy, happy, and smooth. Her customer service was impeccable! I highly recommend this shop, I found my dress after about trying on 3 dresses, and to top it off, it was a PERFECT fit! I was able to walk away with my dress in hand.  Not to mention, the professional, yet family oriented demeanor. WOW what an amazing experience I had last week at Brilliant Bridal…. needing to find a dress quickly as I am getting married on the beach in Jamaica in November, stopped in just to look at some dresses not even knowing what I really wanted. Brilliant Bridal provided great customer service as they catered to me while I tried on dresses in front of 12 of my family/friends. They provided a seating area for my guests and a friendly smile and hand when trying on each dress. The staff that helped me catered to me only and I loved that one on one attention. Days before my wedding, Brilliant Bridal steamed my dress and it was beautiful! I am grateful to the staff at Brilliant Bridal for making me feel special.

As a low-maintenance bride, I had trouble finding a place where I could try on dresses without a high-pressure wedding consultant shadowing me around the store. After searching through several stores to find a place that had re-sale, discount, or discontinued dresses, I found most had closed down or were by appointment only. I was stumped and discouraged I’d have to go to David’s Bridal when my mother-in-law found this place! The minute I walked in, I knew it was different. The girls here were so helpful, but not pushy at all. I knew what style I wanted and was helped immediately to find what I was looking for, but also given the option to look around for myself. I got the perfect Alfred Angelo dress for $500 cheaper than what it goes for at retail price. I was ecstatic, I got the 3rd dress I tried on. The girls were wonderful and kind, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for not only a fun experience, but an easy, low maintenance shopping trip. Thank you so much for making my wedding wonderful!

This place was perfect!! The consultant was so nice and made sure they were there for you and there to help you out with ANYTHING! I can be very picky with clothes and when it comes to shopping I have a hard time finding what I like and love. We happened to come across this store while looking for another and it turned out to be perfect!!! I found my wedding dress that I thought I would never be able to find!! I love it and this is a store I plan telling my girlfriends to go for their wedding dress or even a bridesmaid dress!

I’m so happy to have found my dress at Brilliant Bridal! I had been to a few Valley shops before this one… at each one I felt very rushed and pressured to find a ‘the one’ within the first few dresses. Brilliant Bridal was completely different, while I browsed the racks with my mom, the sales team was great about suggesting dresses from my description of what styles I preferred. They were also great in helping me not overlook a dress because I didn’t like one aspect of it (i.e. I really wanted a sweetheart neckline and was skipping over a lot of gorgeous dresses because they had a straight neckline – great at helping ‘see’ the dress).

The dressing suite was spacious for twirling tests and offered a large degree of privacy.

When I put on my wedding dress, I knew I was done shopping!  Thank you Melanie and team for your expertise and such a fun dress shopping experience.

I would 100% recommend Brilliant Bridal to every bride-to-be!

Went to multiple bridal shops and most wouldn’t give me the time of day once I told them my budget was $200-400 for a dress. So glad I found Brilliant Bridal! They helped me find the most perfect Alfred Angelodress. The retail on this dress is around $1000, but I got it for only $300! All of their dresses are so much less expensive than anywhere else and I really didn’t see any difference in quality. So happy right now and I can’t wait for my wedding!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone on a budget that wants to get treated with respect and get a beautiful dress!
