Where are you located?
Brilliant Bridal is located on the North West corner of Dobson and Baseline Roads in Mesa, Arizona.  We are right off both the 101 and 60 freeways and can be easily accessed from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler and the entire Phoenix Metro area.  For detailed directions, a map and other contact information, please visit our contact page.

What Designers Do you Carry?

How does buying a wedding dress “off the rack” work?
Unlike traditional bridal boutiques where you need to order a wedding dress months before your wedding, at Brilliant Bridal you can leave with your dress the same day you find it!  This is a great option for all brides since you get to try on and purchase your actual wedding gown, rather than a sample dress.  But this is an especially good option for short engagements, elopements, Vegas weddings, or any other short term wedding planning situation that wouldn’t allow for the waiting period at traditional boutiques.

How far in advance should I shop for my dress?
You are welcome to start your wedding dress shopping process as early as you’d like.  If you’re ready to buy or just wanting to find a style that suits your body type, we’d love for you to start your shopping with us.  Just keep in mind that all of our dresses are one-of-a-kind and are sold off the rack, so if you find your dress but aren’t ready to buy it’s likely that it might be gone by time you are.  If you don’t want to commit to buying but don’t want to risk loosing your dress we are able to hold it for you for a small fee.

Can I come and “just look”?
Absolutely!  Appointments are never necessary and you’re welcome to come browse through our wedding dresses any time.

What is your size range?
We always carry a wide range of sizes from bridal size 0 to 30.  We work especially hard to keep a good selection of plus size wedding dresses since these are especially hard to find for brides wanting to purchase off-the-rack.

Can I bring my children with me?
While we would never turn a customer away, we do encourage finding alternate accommodations for your children when you plan to do your wedding dress shopping.   Children require a lot of attention in a bridal store where there are lots of items that can be easily damaged or broken and you’ll want to be able to devote all of your attention to finding your perfect wedding gown!

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are never necessary at Brilliant Bridal.  You are always welcome to walk in during our business hours to browse or try on our wedding gowns.  However, appointments are available if you’d like to ensure time in one of our large bridal suites and dedicated help from one of our experienced consultants.  To enquire about appointment times and availability visit our VIP Appointment page.

Is there a time limit on Appointments?
There’s no time limit on how long you may shop in the store.  Appointments include at least one hour of time with one of our experienced bridal consultants.

Why is the boutique named “Brilliant Bridal”?
The inspiration for our name came from our goal of helping brides to look absolutely brilliant and beautiful on their wedding day while also helping them to make a brilliant financial decision by purchasing a budget friendly wedding dress.

Do you carry accessories?
Yes, we have a large collection of affordable and stylish veils, shoes, hair accessories, tiaras, headbands and more.  We also carry a collection of hand made jewelry, veils, birdcage veils, fascinators, and other accessories made by local artists.

Do you offer alterations?
We’re proud to offer full service bridal alterations at prices that, like our dresses, are unbelievably low.  Even if you didn’t buy your wedding dress at Brilliant Bridal, you’re welcome to schedule your alterations with one of our experienced seamstresses to get your alterations for an affordable price.

Can I put a dress on hold?
If you find a dress you love but aren’t quite ready to buy, we offer a one week holding period for you to think about your dress purchase.  For dresses under $1000 the hold fee is $50 and for dresses over $1000 the hold fee is $100.  The fee is not refundable but it is transferable to any dress or item in the store.

Can I order a dress through your store?
Because all of our dresses are overstock or liquidation inventory we aren’t able to order specific wedding or bridesmaid dresses.  This is why we’re able to keep our prices so low and pass all of the savings a long to you with our huge selection of overstock dresses.

Do you have payment plans?
Our goal is to make your dress as accessible as possible.  We offer a simple payment plan to help make your dream dress affordable.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, and Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards.

What is your price point?
Our dresses start at $95 and go up to $3,000.  However the majority of our wedding dresses fall between the $400 to $800 price range.

Can I take pictures while wearing dresses?
Yes, please!  Take as many pictures as you’d like.  We’ll even take them for you if you need!
